Founded in 1989 in Tampa, Florida, the Inland Homes® family of new home builders currently consists of eight franchises that are independent building companies operating under the Inland Homes® trademark, through franchise agreements with Inland Homebuilding Group, Inc. (IHG) IHG provides continual modifications and support to the franchise system in efforts to protect and enhance the Inland Homes® brand.
The Inland Homes® builders have won numerous awards in the Parade of Homes for innovative floor plan designs and the 2-10 Diamond Performer Award for outstanding customer service in Warranty.
Inland Homes® homebuilding companies closed over 600 homes in 2005. For the year 2004, Builder Magazine, the nation¹s largest trade publication, ranked Inland Homes® 89th on its list of the 100 largest homebuiding companies in the country. Inland Homes® homebuilding companies build in over 20 communities in the Tampa Bay, Orlando,and Spring Hills areas. Communities range from smaller in-fill locations to mid-size master planned communities such as Sterling Hill, Ballentrae and Oak Creek, to the larger more recognized master planned communities, including Tampa Palms, Meadowpointe, Highland Park,and Harmony. |
