Building A Partnership
You want your home to be uniquely yours, and so do we. This is why we promise to work in partnership with you from start to finish, even after you own your home. Before any construction is started, you'll meet with and get to know your builder one on one. Here you'll learn all about what it takes to build your home. You can also get answers to any questions you might have. During the building process you'll meet with your builder for scheduled inspections, each an opportunity to collaborate together and get your valued input. After you move in, we schedule reviews within the warranty period to take care of any needed repairs, and make sure you're nothing less than satisfied with your home.
Two-Year Blanket Warranty
Our warranty is our promise to take care of any repairs outside of normal maintenance for two full years – one of the best in the industry. In addition we provide a 10-year structural warranty. Both reflect the confidence we have in our homes, and provide you with the peace of mind to enjoy your home-owning experience to the fullest.
