A lot has changed since we first started, but we remain true to the spirit of quality and pride in community that went into that first Cardel home. The family values that have served Caryl and Del so well have carried forward to every Cardel region today: a commitment to the craft of homebuilding, and an enduring sense of responsibility for sharing the dividends of our success. With projects ongoing in markets as far reaching as Calgary, Denver, Tampa, and Ottawa, our designers are experienced in a variety of styles, giving them a broad palette to draw from as they create innovative plans. With original designs tailored to the needs of local homeowners, it’s no wonder Cardel homes are typically the first to sell out in any community.
