Building beautiful new homes, built with care and craftmanship was a great beginning for our company. Ron Smith, a 30-year professional in the homebuilding business, founded Premier Homes of Southwest Florida in 1998. At the end of 1999, son Marcus joined the Company as its Vice President of Sales & Marketing and in the Spring of 2003, oldest son Scott joined as Vice President of Operations. Today, both are Shareholders in the Company and important members of its Executive Management Committee. The Smith family has invested many years of hard work and personal commitment in order to build the home building company into a successful position of market prominence. Now, with three decades of experience behind it and two generations of the Smith family involved in the Company, the next era approaches as we proudly change our name from Premier Homes to "Smith Family Homes". Our Company has always been family owned & operated. Since the very first day, we have made decisions right here at home and we know that is a key reason for our tremendous success.
