There are three separate warranties to protect you: a one-year limited warranty from Windward Homes with emergency service always on call should the need arise; manufacturer warranties on all major mechanical systems and appliances; and a 10 year limited warranty provided by an independent home warranty company and backed by a statewide insurance carrier.
